How to Use the Air Duct Leakage Measuring Instrument Correctly

怎么正确使用风管漏风量测量仪

The working principle of Pitot tube wind speed sensor, Pitot tube, also known as "pitot tube" and "anemometer", is a tubular device that measures the total pressure and static pressure of air flow to determine the air flow speed, which is named after the invention of H-Pitot in France. It is difficult to directly measure the velocity of air flow with experimental method, but the pressure of air flow can be easily measured with a manometer. It is mainly used to measure the speed of aircraft, and also has many other functions. Therefore, the pitot tube can be used to measure the pressure, and then Bernoulli's theorem can be used to calculate the velocity of air flow.
The application of ultrasonic wind speed sensor in the aviation field: the airspeed tube on the aircraft is a typical pitot tube wind speed sensor, which is an extremely important measuring tool on the aircraft. It must be installed in the area outside the aircraft where the airflow is less affected by the aircraft, generally in front of the nose, vertical tail or wing tip. When the aircraft flies forward, the air flow rushes into the pitot tube, and the sensor at the end of the tube will feel the impact force of the air flow, that is, dynamic pressure. The faster the plane flies, the greater the dynamic pressure. If we compare the static pressure and dynamic pressure when the air is still, we can know how fast the air rushes in, that is, how fast the aircraft flies.
Ultrasonic wind speed sensor uses ultrasonic time difference method to measure wind speed. The speed of sound propagation in the air will be superimposed with the air velocity in the wind direction. If the ultrasonic wave travels in the same direction as the wind direction, its speed will be accelerated; On the contrary, if the propagation direction of ultrasonic wave is opposite to the wind direction, its speed will slow down. Therefore, under fixed detection conditions, the speed of ultrasonic wave propagation in the air can correspond to the wind speed function. Accurate wind speed and direction can be obtained through calculation. As sound waves propagate in the air, their speed is greatly affected by temperature; This anemometer detects two opposite directions on the two channels, so the influence of temperature on acoustic velocity can be ignored.
Generally, wind direction sensors installed near wind farms have the following two main purposes: 1. Ensure that wind turbine blades can face the wind direction in real time, and ensure that facts are in normal working condition. 2. The wind direction measuring instrument on the meteorological station equipment near the wind farm can ensure that strong wind will not pose a threat to the wind turbine.
The wind speed sensor is an important instrument for measuring the safety parameters of mine ventilation, which can continuously monitor the wind speed and air volume (air volume=wind speed x cross-sectional area) at the above locations, and can display the wind speed and air volume of the roadway in real time. The sensor assembly is composed of wind speed sensor, wind direction sensor and sensor bracket. It is mainly applicable to the main ventilation return air lane, air outlet, main underground air measuring station, fan mouth, driving face, coal mining face, etc. with gas hazard in the coal mine, as well as the corresponding mineral enterprises.
