The large laboratories with single fume hood on the first and second floors only designed the interlock control system of fume hood exhaust and ceiling exhaust, without frequency converter and sensor.
Each test bench is equipped with 1 fan and 1 frequency converter, and at most 3 fume hoods can be configured, which can be arbitrarily reduced.
Each fume hood is equipped with a displacement sensor, which automatically adjusts the exhaust air volume of the system with the change of the opening (lifting) range of the glass cabinet door to maintain the surface wind speed at the front of the fume hood basically unchanged (the wind speed is 0.5 ± 0.1m/s).
When the glass cabinet door of each fume hood is closed (lowered to the bottom), the electric control valve for ceiling air exhaust will automatically open, and the indoor air will be discharged as a whole through the two air outlets on the ceiling. When the door of any fume hood is opened, the electric control valve for ceiling ventilation will be closed immediately.
When the fan power is turned off, the air duct has a certain natural exhaust effect.
Functional features of constant wind speed variable frequency air volume control system for fume hood
(1) The frequency converter is directly controlled by the displacement sensor, and no sensor is installed in the air duct to avoid corrosion and pollution of the sensor.
(2) The air volume is directly adjusted through the lifting of the glass cabinet door (no other switches are added), and the use method is simple.
(3) The energy-saving effect is good. Low intensity ventilation can not only save electricity, but also reduce the loss of heat or cooling in the room and building.
(4) In case of low intensity ventilation, the indoor and outdoor noise will be reduced.
Material and performance of fume hood
The cabinet body is of all steel type, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin (using international famous brand paint, with good anti-corrosion performance). The platform is made of 20mm thick special ceramic plate, which is resistant to chemical corrosion and high temperature, and is surrounded by epoxy resin water retaining edge. The electric socket and light switch are installed on the outside of the frame, equipped with 10A single-phase five hole and three hole sockets. The small panel of the three hole universal socket can be inserted into the round plug after removal. The cabinet is equipped with 1 or 2 remote control water nozzles and epoxy resin small water basins.
Basic technical parameters of constant wind speed variable frequency air volume control system for fume hood
The rated power of the fan is 2200W, the rated air volume is 6000m3/hr, and the indoor air can be replaced every two minutes during full power operation.
The air volume of ceiling exhaust is 800~1100m3/hr. The indoor air can be replaced in about 10 minutes.
The natural exhaust air volume of the air duct is 0~60m3/hr (related to the atmospheric wind force and indoor and outdoor temperature difference).
When the opening height of the fume hood door is greater than 30cm, its surface wind speed is about 0.5m/s; when the opening height of the fume hood door is less than 30cm, its surface wind speed is about 1m/S
